Radiation: How Your Diet Can Protect You
What would you say if I told you that you could block the harmful effects of radiation?
Yup, very easily as a matter of fact.
Radiation Protection Protocol
Here is a radiation protocol that I would like to share with ya’ll.
We learned from the tragic events of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings that diet does play an important part in protecting yourself against ionizing radiation. There are genetic factors, lifestyle factors and dietary factors, but nutrition is the most important.
There are a number of ways that radioactive debris can harm us, causing cell death or free radical damage.
But we can help to alleviate that through nutrition.
If we consume for example, medicinal mushrooms, which are very rich in a compound called beta-glucans, it actually helps to soothe over and calm the burns caused by the radiation. Also when we uptake a radioactive mineral, we can limit that uptake by having enough minerals in our system that “out-compete” that radioactive mineral.
Radioactive Iodine 131
That’s the whole idea about iodine. You breathe in radioactive iodine 131. If you’re saturated in iodine, you do not breathe this in. You do not develop thyroid disease or thyroid cancer, which is the very first symptom of radiation poisoning.
In addition to that, there are certain super-foods like ginseng that help to deactivate or step down the radioactive isotopes. These certain super-foods essentially help them to degrade into isotopes that are non-radioactive. We could also go with compounds such as fulvic acid, black mica extract, and boron. These specific compounds neutralize radioactive isotopes so your body can lock them up and excrete them.
Das it for now. Big thanks to Kristian for this topic, one of our readers in Canada who owns a lawn care business in Winnipeg, but super is passionate about his health!
